Special Information You Need To Know

We read about a survey published by U.S. News and World Report in 1988 tabulated the approximate amount of time an average American will spend in his or her lifetime doing certain mundane activities. Below are some interesting results:

-        Six months waiting at traffic lights

-        One year looking for misplaced objects

-        Five years waiting in line

-        Six years eating.

Our first thought as we recently read this report was that it’s probably still true today. Then we thought about how most of us, spend our time. Take a look good at the time we all spend reading the newspaper, watching TV, etc. Are we really using our time very well? Perhaps this is why Eleanor Roosevelt said, “Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That’s why it is called the present!”

The importance of how we spend our time is underscored in the wise saying: “One thing you can’t recycle is wasted time”.

However, I have set up a blog (http://businessunit.blogspot.com) that will be sharing a little of what we have been spending time on PalmGate Global Ventures Inc lately in view of current events, as well as about some upcoming efforts. By the special grace of God, we always strive to provide timely resources that will help navigate through all the different seasons and crossroads of life.

It's a great opportunity for you to re-discover yourself afresh in terms of what you never knew you can do. Always keep in touch.

E.C. Vitus

Chairman.

THE NATIONAL HOLIDAYS CLUB

Proprietor's Note

The idea about the formation of a National Club for the youth came to me over

5(five) years ago but try as much as I did it was not easy to come by any workable mode of achieving this noble aim. Despite this early setback and the eventual economic recession, I have continued the search for ideas even from oversea countries. Thanks to

Almighty God that I am able to achieve the aim by the formal lunching of ‘The National

1 8-30 Holiday Club" throughout the length and breadth of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The youth is the main theme of this Club with ways to make them happier, make them realize the joy of their youth and enjoy every bit of it as the major concern of the Club. This is the first Club of its type in Nigeria and will for a long time to come continue to playa leading role that other tiny clubs will look forward to for inspirational ideas. ..

'The National 18-30 Holidays Club" will cater for youths Recreations, Holidays, I

Social activities, long distance friendship, long lasting companionship, Tourism and expeditions among others. It is an open secret that most Nigeria youths are only conversant with their immediate surroundings -village, town or city of their birth, they therefore have no opportunity of knowing their country in and out For those in this category, the gate to know is now open, I hope they will endeavour to enter.

I personally welcome you to "The national Holidays Club" and wish you the best Please count on the effective, efficient and personalized service that Ion behalf of PalmGate Global Ventures Inc is promising you from now on. I have never been associated with failure or inefficiency in my over 10 years of post graduation working experience and I promise that you will never regret your joining this Club. Welcome.

Yours sincerely,

PROPRIETOR

CATALOGUE OF SMALL/MEDIUM SCALE BUSINESSES

Businesses owned and operated by entrepreneurs take different forms. While some are owned by an individual, others are owned by two or more persons. The form of business ownership an entrepreneur selects may be dependent upon his/her circumstances, abilities, resources, environment and the characteristics of the business. The prospective owner should evaluate in detail the characteristics of each form of business and their advantages and disadvantages and then select a form of business ownership that matches his/her interest.

Several small business ideas abound from agriculture to manufacturing, construction to transportation and communication. The important thing here is to seek the Lord and not to jump presumptuously into any venture. On the other hand, you must beware of remaining in the camp of those who claim to be seeking the Lord for months and years on end without rising to do anything. Remember whatever is not of faith is sin. Take a step of faith and God will bless the work of your hand.
